VALLEY CENTER, Kan. — Guerrero Moreno Jr., 46, died in a motorcycle accident north of Valley Center on July 27, 2026.
According to the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, Moreno’s motorcycle collided with an SUV. Emergency responders were dispatched, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
This incident occurred exactly two years after the deaths of Moreno’s wife, Erin Moreno, and their 17-year-old son in a crash on the Kansas Turnpike.
A GoFundMe page has been established to assist Moreno’s surviving sons, aged 11 and 14, with funeral expenses and future needs. The page highlights the significant losses the boys have faced at a young age.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and have not released additional details regarding any other involved parties.
