FRANCIS, W.Va. — A serious motorcycle crash is under investigation near the Marion County line on Francis Mine Road, reported on Monday at 11 a.m.
The rider of the motorcycle, which was the only vehicle involved, was ejected and subsequently flown from the scene for medical treatment.
Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is leading the investigation, with assistance from Harrison County EMS and firefighters from Shinnston and Worthington. No further details about the rider’s condition have been released.
