HANCOCK, Maine (WABI) – A motorcycle accident at the intersection of Coffin and Franklin Roads resulted in a fatality on Friday.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m., according to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
Tyeler Grey, 32, of Franklin, was riding a motorcycle on Route 182 when his vehicle collided with a car driven by Harold Moore, 28, of Mariaville, who was turning left from Coffin Road.
Authorities confirmed that Grey succumbed to injuries from the crash, while Moore and his two passengers were unharmed.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and an investigation is ongoing.
No lane closures were reported post-incident.
