  • The truck driver was arrested on three counts of vehicular manslaughter.

A motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 12 near Kooskia, Idaho, resulted in three fatalities on June 16, according to Idaho State Police.

The victims were identified as Jeremy Coleman, 45; Ethan Powers, 35; and Nathan McCormick, 26. Coleman and Powers were law enforcement officers with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, while McCormick was Coleman’s son-in-law, officials said.

The men were on vacation when a 2019 Ford F-150 driven by 60-year-old Neale Brewer of Colorado Springs struck their motorcycles while attempting to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone around 4 p.m. All three riders died at the scene.

Brewer was treated at a hospital and subsequently arrested on probable cause for three counts of vehicular manslaughter. She remained in the Idaho County Jail without bond as of June 18, according to jail records.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office expressed condolences on social media, describing the victims as dedicated individuals who served their community with distinction.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
