CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. — A 31-year-old woman died Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle accident on Highway 63.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Eldon resident was riding a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja northbound when the motorcycle left the road and struck a cable barrier. The incident occurred around 2:11 p.m., and the woman was ejected from the motorcycle.
Authorities confirmed she was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Emergency responders pronounced her dead on the scene. Her body was subsequently transported to Houser-Millard Funeral Home.
No additional injuries were reported, and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
