Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-95 in Richmond Leaves Several Injured
RICHMOND, VA – A multi-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 95 near Broad Street around 3:15 p.m. on October 5, resulting in multiple injuries.
Authorities confirmed that five vehicles were involved in the incident. At least three individuals sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions have not been disclosed.
Emergency responders, including the Richmond Fire Department and Virginia State Police, quickly arrived on the scene to manage the situation. Traffic was significantly affected, with the northbound lanes of I-95 closed for approximately two hours due to debris and ongoing investigations.
