A McIntosh man died on June 26, five days after a motorcycle crash on Interstate 65 in Mobile County.
Demarlo B. Reed, 52, suffered critical injuries during a single-vehicle incident on June 21, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA). The crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. near the 19-mile marker within Satsuma city limits.
Reed lost control of his 2015 Victory Magnum motorcycle and was thrown from the bike. He was transported to USA Health University Hospital, where he passed away from his injuries. No other vehicles were involved, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
