Multiple Vehicle Collision on I-40 Injures Five
A multi-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 40 near mile marker 215 in Pulaski County at approximately 3:15 p.m. on October 10.
According to the Arkansas State Police, two passenger vehicles and a semi-truck were involved in the collision. Five individuals sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
Emergency responders, including the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and local paramedics, provided medical aid at the scene. Traffic was impacted, with two eastbound lanes closed for approximately one hour during the response and investigation.
Authorities are conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash. No fatalities have been reported, and the condition of the injured individuals is currently unknown.
