ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. – A single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle resulted in one fatality on Saxis Road on June 10 at 7:48 p.m.
According to the Virginia State Police, a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound near Hammock Road when the rider lost control, veering off the road and striking a guardrail. The driver, identified as 47-year-old Christopher J. Taylor of Temperanceville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities confirmed that the crash is currently under investigation. No further details regarding lane closures or emergency response units were available at this time.
