3 Charged in Fatal Nashua Hit-and-Run Involving Motorcycle and Pedestrian

NASHUA, N.H. — Three men face charges linked to a fatal hit-and-run crash between a motorcyclist and a pedestrian on July 4.

Authorities said video footage shows motorcyclist Anyelo Fabian Reynoso, 27, driving recklessly before colliding with pedestrian Jonathan Price, who later died from his injuries. Reynoso sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was initially located in a nearby apartment building before being transported to a local hospital and later extradited to New Hampshire.

Nashua Police reported that Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, 36, and Kelvin Taveras Nunez, 28, were seen on camera attempting to conceal the motorcycle involved. The motorcycle was subsequently recovered in a wooded area nearby.

All three men are facing charges, with Reynoso charged with conduct after an accident resulting in death and reckless driving. Guzman-Encarnacion and Taveras Nunez face charges of falsifying physical evidence. They have been released on bail, while Reynoso remains in preventative detention.

Nashua Police Sgt. John Cinelli confirmed the investigation is ongoing and may lead to additional charges. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Nashua Police Department Crime Line at 603-589-1665.
