MILFORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A driver died in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 127 on Tuesday night.

The incident occurred at 7:34 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 127 and Hamilton Eaton Road. According to Sheriff Richard K. Jones, deputies and fire personnel responded to the scene following reports of the crash.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found one driver unresponsive. A preliminary investigation revealed that a black SUV was traveling south on U.S. 127 when a silver Toyota failed to yield at the intersection, colliding with the SUV. The impact caused the SUV to enter the northbound lane, where it was subsequently struck by a truck towing a trailer.
