DEXTER, Maine —
A 63-year-old woman died Saturday night after her motorcycle collided with a deer on Route 7 in Dexter.
The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m., according to Dexter Police Chief Kevin Wintle. The woman was transported to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Authorities have not released the woman’s name pending family notification. The incident remains under investigation.
