Two Injured in Milford Motorcycle Crash
MILFORD, ME — Two individuals were injured in a motorcycle accident on Saturday around 3:15 p.m. on Route 2.
According to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, the crash involved one motorcycle and another vehicle. The motorcycle was traveling westbound when it collided with the passenger vehicle, which was turning onto Route 2.
Emergency responders from the Milford Fire Department and local medical units provided aid at the scene. Both injured individuals were transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center for treatment; their conditions remain unknown.
Authorities closed the westbound lanes of Route 2 for approximately two hours while the scene was cleared and an investigation was conducted. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
