ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Authorities are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred around 1:41 p.m. near Louisiana Boulevard and Indian School Road NE in Uptown Albuquerque.
One person died at the scene, according to the Albuquerque Police Department (APD). Several roads have been closed as a result of the incident, including:
- Southbound Louisiana Boulevard from Uptown Mall
- Eastbound Indian School from Americas Parkway
- Northbound Louisiana just north of I-40
- Westbound Indian School in front of Target
APD is conducting the investigation and has advised the public to expect delays in the area. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
