Tuscaloosa, AL. – A 20-year-old man was hospitalized after being injured in a motorcycle accident in Tuscaloosa on Friday.
According to the Tuscaloosa Police Department, the accident happened on 15th Street at the intersection with 2nd Avenue.
The man was riding a motorcycle when he collided with an SUV at the intersection.
The rider was seriously injured in the collision and was transported to CH Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The driver of the SUV, a 38-year-old woman, was unhurt.
TPD‘s Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating the accident.
