Los Angeles, CA. – A woman was injured in a motorcycle accident on the 405 Freeway near Van Nuys in Los Angeles on Thursday morning.
The collision was reported around 6:24 a.m. on the southbound 405 Freeway near Roscoe Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers who responded to reports of the crash found a female rider down on the HOV lane after a collision with a van.
The woman suffered injuries including a possible broken leg and was transported to a local hospital.
The collision resulted in a temporary closure of the lanes as the scene was cleared.
