HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A motorcycle accident on State Road 69 near Hartford resulted in one fatality on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities said the incident occurred around 2:41 p.m. and involved a single motorcycle. The rider, identified as 43-year-old William Freeman of Hartford, was ejected while navigating a curve and went off the road. Freeman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Ohio County Coroner’s Office.
Emergency responders from local agencies arrived promptly, and the roadway was temporarily closed as the scene was processed. The investigation into the accident is ongoing, with officials gathering additional details to determine the cause.
No additional injuries were reported. Towing services were dispatched to clear the motorcycle from the roadway.
