WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A motorcycle crash on South College Road injured one individual on Saturday evening.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), the incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. at South College Road and Wrightsville Avenue.
WPD confirmed that the crash involved a motorcycle and a vehicle, resulting in serious injuries to the motorcyclist, who was transported to a nearby hospital.
Emergency response teams were on the scene, and authorities are conducting an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
