MARIETTA, Ga. — A 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a collision on I-75 north near Delk Road on Tuesday morning.
Authorities responded to the crash scene at approximately 2:41 p.m. involving a 2013 Kawasaki EX300 motorcycle and a 2024 Ford F-350 traveling northbound.
The motorcyclist, identified as Elijah Cochran of Smyrna, succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the F-350, Craig Holladay, 43, of Kennesaw, was injured.
Northbound lanes of I-75 were closed following the incident as emergency services managed the scene. An investigation is currently ongoing, according to authorities.
