OSWEGO COUNTY, NY – A two-vehicle crash on State Route 104B in New Haven resulted in the death of a motorcyclist on August 26, 2025, at 5:31 PM.
According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, a 2024 Honda motorcycle collided with a 2006 Ford F350 pickup truck at the intersection with County Route 6. The motorcycle was westbound when the operator attempted a left turn and was struck by the eastbound pickup.
The motorcycle’s sole occupant, 21-year-old Scott Awe of New Haven, was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup’s operator and passenger sustained no injuries.
Emergency responders included the New York State Police, New Haven Volunteer Fire Department, and Menters Ambulance. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
