Oklahoma Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash in McClain County.

MCCLAIN COUNTY, Okla. — A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a pickup truck on State Highway 59 near Wayne on Wednesday at approximately 11 a.m.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), the incident involved a 1999 Ford F-250 and a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle. Authorities reported that the motorcyclist attempted to overtake the F-250 on the left and collided with it as the truck was turning onto Hopping Avenue.

The motorcyclist, identified as Hayden Stanley of Wayne, was transported to a hospital in Purcell, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the F-250 was reportedly unharmed.

OHP officials are continuing their investigation. Traffic on State Highway 59 was impacted during the response and investigation.
