Kyle Schlatter Killed in Ridgefield Motorcycle Accident on Ethan Allen Highway

Ridgefield, Connecticut (July 22, 2023) – 36-year-old Kyle Schlatter of Wilton was killed after a crash Thursday night in Ridgefield.

According to the Ridgefield Police Department, the wreck happened at around 10:55 p.m. on Ethan Allen Highway, just south of Simpaug Turnpike.

Schlatter was going southbound on the highway when it drifted into the northbound lane and slammed into a car.

Schlatter was declared deceased at the crash site.

It was unclear if the driver involved, a 48-year-old Bridgeport resident, was injured.

More details regarding the wreck were not provided.

The police are still investigating the deadly crash.
